Dr. Hrishikesh Ashok holds an MS in Shalya Tantra (Ayurvedic Surgery) from SSR Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital and is a raduate of JSS Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital. He currently serves as the Chief Ayurveda Consultant at Naad Wellness.

A fifth-generation Ayurveda physician from Kerala, he brings over 16 years of rich clinical experience, blending traditional yurvedic knowledge with refined clinical expertise. Dr. Hrishikesh has successfully managed a wide range of conditions including steoarthritis, Migraine, Neurological Disorders, lifestyle disorders and more. His areas of specialization include Panchakarma Therapies, Marma Chikitsa, Sports Rehabilitation, and Infertility Management.
