Diabetes Reversal & Metabolic Program

Program Description :

Starts From 250 USD per day (all-inclusive)

A clinician-guided, neuro-calming residential program for guests experiencing recurrent migraines, tension headaches, or sinus-related head pressure. The focus is to reduce frequency and intensity of episodes by addressing nervous system overload, inflammation, sinus congestion, hormonal triggers, sleep disruption, and stress responses through naturopathy, Ayurveda, and lifestyle correction.

Recommended Duration: 7–14 days (Minimum 7 days; extendable based on chronicity)

Eligibility

  • Chronic migraines (with/without aura)
  • Tension headaches due to stress, posture, screen fatigue
  • Hormonal headaches (PMS/perimenopause-related)
  • Sinus congestion–linked headaches
  • Sleep-related headaches and fatigue-driven head pain

Program Approach

Your plan starts with a trigger mapping and clinical assessment (sleep, digestion, posture, hydration, sinus patterns). Care is designed to calm the nervous system, improve cranial circulation, reduce head “heat” (Pitta aggravation), clear sinus pathways, and restore restorative sleep.

Key Therapies & How They Help

  • Takradhara (on head) – A continuous flow of medicated buttermilk over the scalp that cools the nervous system, reduces cranial inflammation, and helps break the migraine-stress cycle.
  • Thalam – Herbal application on the crown to pacify neurological irritation, reduce heaviness, and promote calmness.
  • Nasya – Medicated nasal therapy that clears sinus congestion, improves oxygenation, and reduces pressure-trigger headaches.
  • Shiroabhyanga – Ayurvedic head massage improving scalp circulation, easing muscle tightness, and supporting deeper sleep.
  • Padabhyanga – Foot massage for grounding; helps reduce sensory overload and improves sleep quality.
  • Acupuncture & Acupressure – Supports pain modulation pathways, reduces neck/temple tension, and may lower episode frequency.
  • Meditation + Breathwork (Pranayama) – Regulates cortisol spikes and improves parasympathetic activation.
  • Himalayan Salt Cave Therapy – Supports stress regulation and sinus/respiratory comfort, often helpful in trigger reduction.
  • Physiotherapy-led Posture Support (if needed) – For cervicogenic headaches related to neck/upper back tension.

Expected Outcomes (by end of program)

  • Noticeable reduction in frequency/intensity of headaches for most guests
  • Better sleep quality and reduced fatigue
  • Improved sinus comfort and reduced head pressure
  • A personalized trigger-control plan to continue at home
